Not quite the attitude you were looking for? This policy explains how to return eligible Purrsarcasm items and how refunds work.

Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of the date you received your order.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
• We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email.
• Every return must be approved by our support team before you send it back. Items sent back without approval may be refused.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Gift cards
• Digital products
• Personal care or hygiene products
• Final sale or clearance items (if any)
• Perishable goods

How to Start a Return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you would like to return.
2. Wait for approval. Our team replies within 1–2 business days.
3. Once approved, you receive return instructions and a free prepaid return label by email.
4. Pack the items securely and ship them back using the prepaid label. Keep your drop-off receipt until your refund is issued.
5. We inspect the returned items when they arrive.
6. We issue your refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free. After your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return label, so you do not pay to send eligible items back.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may need additional time before the credit appears.
• Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
• You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or design, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving it. Please include your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos. We will offer a replacement, a refund or another appropriate solution at no cost to you.

If your package seems to be lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Scope of This Policy

Purrsarcasm sells and ships within the United States only. This policy applies to orders delivered to addresses in the United States.
